By accessing or using Ironside Gym facilities, services, or programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership & Access

Membership grants access during official operating hours. Ironside Gym reserves the right to refuse or revoke access in cases of misconduct, safety concerns, or violation of gym rules.

3. Health & Safety

Members are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to engage in physical activity. Training is undertaken at your own risk. Ironside Gym is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to follow coaching guidance.

4. Privacy & Personal Data

Ironside Gym respects your privacy. Any personal information collected (such as name, phone number, or email) is used solely for membership, communication, scheduling, and service-related purposes.

5. CCTV & Security

For safety and security purposes, Ironside Gym uses CCTV in common areas of the facility. Footage is monitored and stored securely and used only for safety, security, and operational review.

CCTV is not installed in private areas such as changing rooms or restrooms.

6. Photos & Video Recording

From time to time, photos or short videos may be taken during training sessions for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, please inform a coach or staff member, and we will respect your preference.

7. Member Conduct

Members are expected to respect staff, coaches, and fellow members. Harassment, unsafe behavior, or misuse of equipment will not be tolerated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ironside Gym shall not be held liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal property while on the premises.

9. Changes to These Terms

Ironside Gym may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the gym means you accept the latest version of these terms and conditions.
